Awful Aural is an agency created, inspired and propelled by DJs and musicians. Started by DJ SMJ (Calvin Reid) in 2007, the agency’s main purpose was to give those with the talents a platform from which to grow and evolve their unique talents and abilities. Working on a less is more basis, Awful Aural is all about quality, keeping client numbers to a minimum to ensure that standards of service are never compromised for promoters and artists alike.
The agency is a 360 degree music agency, meaning that whatever your needs as an artist or business entity, we are in a position to help. From bookings to management, a record label to licensing projects, we have it all covered.
The aim of this page is to keep artists’ fans up to date with new music, performance details and forthcoming projects, whilst at the same time offering industry professionals an easy to use resource for discovering and rediscovering our talent.
